Hailing from mega city of Mumbai, Mr Jayesh Sheth founded the Sheth Brothers Spice business in the year 1980 in the traditional alleys of Mumbai’s spice markets. Years of hard work and quality adherence has allowed Mr. Sheth specialize in sourcing of and trading in core Indian spices such as Chili powder, Turmeric powder and Coriander powder.

Under his larger than life personality rests an aggressive workaholic who is connected to the past and committed to the future. He manages the company in the best interest of his principles, philosophies, as well as its long lineage of age-old customers.

Mr. Sheth combines his four decades of field knowledge with his innate flair of easily winning hearts of everyone he meets. After sharing his legacy with his son Vivek, together they make forward-looking entrepreneurial decisions, thus making Sheth Brothers and Mirchillion a brand of choice for their stakeholders.

Mr. Sheth is also a philanthropist who is compassionate for several social causes and truly invests his time and heart in spreading happiness in the lives of those that are less privileged. During his free time, he enjoys a game of cricket with his family or involves himself in spiritual activities.

A wizard from the technical world, Vivek started his own brand of premium quality spices under the aegis of Sheth Brothers in 2016.

Having a degree and experience in engineering makes Vivek look at everything from an engineer’s eye. However, it was during his MBA that he realized his true passion for branding and marketing.

Today, he leads the Operations & Marketing for Mirchillion Spices & Herbs for wholesale and retail segments.

Driven by the experience and exposure of the world view he gained during his tenure in the corporate world, Vivek decided to apply his acquired skills and give a shot at his own venture.

As a strategist and accessible member of the organization, Vivek is known for driving growth and profitability. As such, Vivek applies his expertise in developing and delivering products that surpasses his customers’ expectations.

His strong contact management and negotiation skills has allowed Mirchillion to become one of the most competitive and promising brand to watch out for in India’s spice industry landscape.

In addition to his primary functions, Vivek is a privileged Board Member of the prestigious “Indian Spices and Foodstuffs Exporters” Association.

When Vivek is not working on his next product strategy or market penetration plan, he can be seen enjoying swimming and spending time with family at his favourite vacation spot.

Mr. Rohan Sheth heads the Finance division at Mirchillion. He has earlier worked with leading MNCs such as ICICI Bank and Kotak Bank. He holds a Chartered Account(C.A) degree and a law degree (L.L.B.)from D.Y Patil College, Navi Mumbai.
