What are the modes of payment?
You can pay for your order on e-commerce website using the following modes of payment:
- Credit and debit cards
- Net Banking
- Payment Wallets
Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is GST added to the invoice?
The MRP of our products are inclusive of taxes. There is no an additional GST added to your order.
You can review the GST added on your “Order Confirmation” page before making the payment.
Will there be a delivery charge for my orders?
We charge nominal shipping fee on minimum orders.
Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Mirchillion website?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your credit/debit card on the Mirchillion ecommerce website. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication passcode verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer.
If I opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) as a mode of payment, will I be charged additionally?
There is no a charge for ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders. However, some of our promotional offers might be
applicable only for online payments.
If I pay by credit/debit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to deliver all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the entire order will stand revoked and the amount of the products not delivered will be refunded back to you in same mode by which the payment was done.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done adding products to the cart you go to the “Shopping Cart” page. On the “Shopping Cart” page there is a box where you can enter coupon code. Enter the coupon code in the box then click the button “Apply” which is next to the box. Message will be displayed showing you whether the coupon code was applied or not. If the coupon code is applied, the benefit will reflect in the amount from the invoice value. After applying the coupon code you can click the button “Proceed to checkout”.
